The eTRM was developed by the California Technical Forum (Cal TF) and is cooperatively owned and funded by the Cal TF sponsors: Pacific Gas and Electric, Southern California Edison, the Southern California Gas Company, San Diego Gas & Electric, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (collectively the “funding entities.”)

The eTRM is managed by Future Energy Enterprises in their role as administrators of the Cal TF.
